We are two sisters, born and raised in Venezuela, from a family deeply connected to its Sicilian roots.
From a very young age, we grew up between two worlds that were never truly separate. At home, two languages were spoken, and our table reflected a rich blend of traditions—where flavors, customs, and culture coexisted as one.
Our identity has always been a fusion—an authentic expression shaped by a deep love for where we come from.
Life, however, led us down different paths. We were forced to leave our country and begin again, far from home: one of us in Sicily, the land of our ancestors—a place and culture we have always known intimately; the other in the United States, a completely new world.
Yet, one thing never changed: our essence.
That profound connection is what inspired us to create Essenza di Sicilia—a bridge between cultures. A way to share the very substance that defines us: the land from which our family originates.
